1. Light cleaning
This type of cleaning can be compared with the usual maintenance cleaning you would do at home on a regular/daily basis.
Kitchen: General cleaning.
Bathrooms: General cleaning.
Bedrooms: General Cleaning.
Balcony/terrace: General Cleaning.
All the rooms: Light dusting.
Hoovering including under the beds, corners etc (all the reachable areas).
All floors swept and lightly washed. |
2. General Cleaning
This cleaning can be compared with cleaning usually done in the home once every one or two weeks.
Kitchen: General cleaning, including cleaning the fridge, dishwasher, washing machines, oven etc
Bathrooms: Cleaning mirrors, bathroom blinds, bidet, toilets, all bathroom taps, collecting dirty towels, hanging the fresh towels.
Bedrooms: Collecting the laundry, making beds.
Balcony/terrace: Brushing and thorough washing.
All the rooms:
Thorough dusting including the doors, cupboard doors, furniture and all the visible articles.
Vacuum under the beds, furniture and in all the reachable areas. Thorough cleaning of windows and blinds etc.

3. Deep Cleaning/Builders cleaning/Steam cleaning/Move in/out Cleaning.
This cleaning can be compared with the intensive deep cleaning usually undertaken in a home once or twice a year. This type of cleaning is highly recommended before moving into a property.
Kitchen :All kitchen cupboards, oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator cleaned and sterilized inside and out. All counter tops cleaned. Hard surfaced floors swept and washed. Window ledges damp wiped.
Bathrooms: Bathroom floors, toilet, sink, bidet, bath, showers, shower doors and tiles cleaned and sanitized. Counters and mirrors cleaned.
Bedrooms: Floors vacuumed and mopped, mirrors cleaned, cobwebs removed, windows cleaned, window sills and ledges dusted and washed. Carpets and floor rugs vacuumed. Inside of cupboards and wardrobes cleaned.
Living room: Floor vacuumed and mopped. Carpets and floor rugs vacuumed. Mirrors cleaned. All hard surfaces cleaned. Cobwebs removed. Windows cleaned, window sills and window frames dusted and washed.
Hallway: Floor vacuumed and mopped, carpets and floor rugs vacuumed. Mirrors cleaned. Cobwebs removed.
Balcony/terrace: Sweeping and washing.
All the rooms:
Dusting to include the doors, inside the cupboard doors, furniture.
Vacuuming under the beds, under the furniture, corners etc
Cleaning of windows including steam cleaning of the frames. |
